Our home is fully regulated by the Department of Aging and Disability Services. Our facility has the capacity to provide care for elderly with chronic health problems such as Diabetes, Hypertension, Dementia, Incontinence problem, individuals with feeding tubes as well as Hospice care. 

Galway Meadows Care Home is located in between Clay road and Blalock in a nice and quiet neighborhood.

Some of the advantages of a small facility is that it is more intimate, residents get more personalized care and the ability to recognize and communicate changes in health when it occurs.
